Extension Complete…. NOW TO BE THE BEST WE CAN BE!!!!
The fabulous 22 metre swimming pool and Fire & Ice Spa extension is now open within the new 2-million pounds mill !!!… I am personally incredibly proud of what everyone involved has achieved and chuffed to bits with the result !!…. Yes, agreed there are still bits of snagging to be finished but hats off to the architect, interior designer and pool contractors who have really created something special indeed!
Even though the project is now finished I can guarantee that I will always continue to invest adding new facilities whenever I can as I have over the last nine years to make the club and spa the best it can be whilst also keeping our unbelievable low pricing structures.
Finishing touches will be conducted this coming week to the pool & spa area and we will be adding the additional loungers, dry seated area, timed swimming clocks along with the pebbles and planters for decoration along with small areas of tiling.
I am delighted to announce that now the pool area is now fully functional and the swimming pool and Fire & Ice Spa will now open:
Monday to Saturday 5am-11pm and Sundays 7am-11pm… On the 1st February the club’s 24 hour opening will be extended to the full 7 days allowing the pool & spa to be open everyday from 5am-11pm.
THE MALE CHANGING ROOMS!
Now that the building work is completed all the contractor resources will be used in the male changing areas. Over the next 10 days the shower area will be refurbished including an additional 4 showers. The whole changing facility will be tiled, vanity units and benches added along with extra toilet facilities… The building work will also start to extend the changing rooms by a third in size with a scheduled completion date being the end of March .. The end result will truly be impressive!

The finishing touches will be applied to this area with the private changing cubicles arriving.
NEW EQUIPMENT!
We have well and truly smashed our end of 2016 target of 630 pieces of equipment throughout the building. This year we will add an extra 30 pieces of equipment starting with 12 new arrivals from Hammer Strength/Life Fitness… I will also look to formally announce 8 new spin bikes in the coming days too.
NEW GROUP EXERCISE TIMETABLE!!!
Now the new studio 2 is complete and looking fabulous with its whole range of traditional and functional class equipment, we will look to add an extra 50 classes a month onto the timetable and in turn smashing the 700 classes per month barrier!… There is plenty of planning to do still but my target date to launch the awesome new timetable is Monday 23rd January.
