We are all set to replace all the equipment on the cardio floor with the awesome new pieces at the end of May.. The new treadmills , cross trainers, stair climbers and bikes will have Life Fitness latest SE3 HD 21” 1080p HD Touch Screen consoles:

To ensure smooth and efficient running of the super powerful system for interactive courses, televisions, your favourite apps, Netflix enabled and also your own club/personal communication and performance monitor we have invested further by ordering a whole new broadband and data cabling system that has the same capabilities as a 600 bedroom hotel..
To top the order off 4 more cable functional trainers and 2 more leg machines and a plate loaded tricep dip will be installed on the weights floor at the same time
The 8 Hammer Strength squat racks and matching Olympic lifting platforms for the sports performance centre will be installed on week commencing 9th April!
Improvements Update:
The builders’ contractors are making on good progress with necessary materials on order and we are just waiting confirmation of delivery for:
· The new and improved access to the building
· Improved disabled shower and toilet facilities
· An additional 3 private changing cubicles and benches in the ladies changing room
· The day spa café area
NEW LESS MILLS VIRTUAL TIMETABLE LAUNCHED IN THE SPIN STUDIO!
Please find attached the eagerly awaited virtual cycle class timetable that will run through our fabulous 10m by 3m screen. All registered users will be emailed a copy and will see the virtual RPM & SPRINT classes have been added to run along side our current live classes the Trip, Lets ride and Vibe…. The classes will be launched on Monday 5th March and are just fabulous!
