SEPTEMBER NEWS… …. PLANNING PERMISISION GRANTED! £2 MILLION IMPROVEMENTS PLAN UPDATE! …. NEW TIMETABLE FEEDBACK REQUIRED!…. OFFERS!
PLANNING PERMISISION GRANTED! I am delighted to announce that we have been granted planning permission to extend the day spa!
The new will include:
· An additional three double treatment rooms with showers in each one·
A new area exclusive to the day spa which will house a jacuzzi, sauna, themed showers, and the super relaxing heated loungers.
The target date for completion is May 2022.Please note all building works will be completed out of hours so there will be no disruptions to spa days.
£2 MILLION IMPROVEMENTS PLAN UPDATE·
The building contractors are making very good progress in converting the mill loft area into fabulous new HOT YOGA studio which will be 3 times bigger than our current one. Target date for the opening is now just 8 weeks away!
· Once the Hot Yoga Studio has moved into the loft conversion, we will get to work into extending the Trip studio and screen into the current Hot yoga Studio…. The extra space will enable us to increase the class capacity to 60 bikes… The extension will coincide with the delivery of new bikes for the studio. The target date of completion is December of this year.
· Negotiations are at the final stages at for the £300k of new equipment for the static resistance area and the ladies only area. We will continue to build on our world class equipment from Hammer Strength/Life Fitness… The Target date for installation is December of this year.
· The new hot box sauna in our already fabulous fire & ice spa will now open in October
· Sadly, as it seems with most things currently, the delivery of the chest assisted row and the standing lateral raise for the advanced training area has been put back and is now scheduled for December. I am also waiting for confirmation date for the new additional Eleiko bumper plates for the sports performance centre.
