Following today pre work lateral flow tests off all staff we now unfortunately have an unprecedented amount of team members who are now isolating ..
So we can operate safely we have had to change the opening times of the health club & 3 pools opening times initially for this week:
Monday to Thursday
Health Club 6am-10pm
Swimming and Hydrotherapy Pools 8am-8pm
Sauna & steam rooms 6am-10pm
Day Spa as normal
New Years Eve
Health club 6am-6pm
Swimming and Hydrotherapy Pools 8am-5pm
Sauna & Rooms 6am-5pm
Day Spa 9am-2pm
New Years Day
Health Club 10-4
Pools Fire & Ice Spa closed
No classes
Day spa closed
PLEASE REMEBER MEMBERS DO NEED TO BOOK SWIMMING/SPA SESSIONS VIA THE APP OR ONLINE AT PEAK TIMES BETWEEN 9AM-5PM!!
I will obviously keep you all updated later in this week with the goal of returning to Normal hours on 2nd January
Frustrating I know but the safety of staff , members and guests must always come first ..
