We are unfortunately aware that 600 people are using the club/spa that are not paying and we are getting feedback it’s getting too busy.,
As per rules of the clubs 18-year history we will be operating an:
* No fob no entry system (if you do forget your fob then you can purchase a new one for £10 which will be refunded when you return the forgotten one)
* So the staff can verify each member you will be required to have your photo taken .. (unfortunately, fobs are being passed around)
I understand this can be frustrating but unfortunately the 600 members who pass their membership fob around are spoiling it for everyone.
