ADVANCE NOTICE OF CHANGES— A LITTLE DISRUPTION….

As we power ahead with our ongoing improvements programme I need to update you on a few bits—

• The ladies shower area will be refurbished between the 10^th and 22^nd July … During this time there will be less showers available for use
• The work on the fabulous new ice plunge pool will start on this coming Monday Night…  So, it does mean we will be saying goodbye to our original steam room and the salt room.  The target date for completion of this awesome addition will be at the end of August. (I have had over 2000 requests for an ice plunge pool! )
• The work will be starting over the next two weeks on the waterfall at the clock end of the pool. This does mean it won’t be visually great during the works. The target date for the completion of the new waterfall will be at the end of July
• We will be changing all the ceiling tiles around the pools over the coming weeks, along with also adding a new feature wall at the behind the row of the heated loungers around the pool area, so again certain areas will be a little unsightly during the works.

All the work will be carried out at night so disruptions will be kept to a minimum

As I am sure you can understand these are small losses for some very big gains as we continue to build something very special.

On a separate note, I have taken on feedback from many of you that there are some niggly maintenance issues that over then last few months have been taking to long to fix.  I have now taken the decisive decisions, and have strengthened the maintenance and operations management team…  I think we have already seen a a start of an improvement this week.
