ICE PLUNGE SET TO OPEN!!
The much-anticipated Ice Plunge Pool is all set to open in our already fabulous Fire & Ice Spa next Thursday 31st October.
The pool can accommodate up to six people at once, the temperature is set a recommended chilling 12 degrees and fresh ice is also pumped into the water every 30 mins… It really is a fabulous addition!

ADAVANCE NOTICE OF EARLY CLOSING!
The majority of our staff have worked nonstop since the pandemic to save the business from the crippling financial implications of the lockdowns… To thank them for all their super efforts we will be closing the club/spa 6pm on Friday 13th December and then reopen on Saturday 14th December at 10am. This will allow the full team of 200 plus staff to have a night out for Christmas… I think you will all agree with me how hard they have worked over the last few years…
