As ever, we are looking to make the club & spa the best it can be and during this month we will carry on with our investments in new equipment and facilities…
In February we will do the following:
New Class Timetable!!
The awesome new time table is now released and will start on Sunday 12th February!!!…. As you can see at www.cliffordhealthclub.co.uk we have added many extra classes including extra Zumba, Pilates, Hot Classes, Body Pump, Cycle Classes plus one or two more of original classes from the Personal Trainers. With all the extra additions, we now offer a WHOPPING 767 CLASSES PER MONTH, and yes, they are all included in the £17.50 Gold Membership!!!!
Om a separate note, we will also be launching a fabulous new interactive cycle class timetable that runs through our 142 inch projector.
Male Changing Rooms
As many of you are aware, the male changing room are undergoing a £50k refurbishment and extension and they are starting to look very sparkling indeed… Over the next couple of weeks, we will be adding 4 more showers, 5 more changing benches and also the tiling, decoration and lighting will be completed. We have just received the plans for an extension from the architect which will allow us to add an extra 4 showers and 8 toilets….
New Equipment This Month
* An additional 8 new spin bikes for the popular Lets ride classes…
* We will receive a £30k order from Life Fitness/Hammer Strength consisting of a 5 piece multi station, x2 cable functional trainers, a chest press and low row static machine and also a plate loaded arm curl.. These fabulous new pieces will be installed in the static resistance and advanced trainer areas.
* Two concept 2 rowers, one Watt Bike and 3 Punch Bags will be installed in the sports performance centre
Spa Additions
- Two additional heated loungers for around the swimming pool have been ordered and will arrive this month
- We will also add extra relaxation loungers and sitting areas in the new Fire & Ice Spa
- In response to feedback, we will dim the lights in the new Fire & Ice Spa area.
THOUGHTS FOR THE FUTURE!!!
As ever, I am always looking to improve and expand the facility… Over the recent weeks I have been in consultation with architects, structural engineers and building contractors in relation to the massive roof space in the Mill. There are obviously some very big hoops to jump through but I am hopeful that by January 2018 we will be able to add two new and additional group exercise studios that will match our current main studio in size!!…. I will keep you informed with the progress of this development!!!
